The training is ultra-flexible: you choose when to do the coaching sessions by scheduling an appointment directly in the coach's agenda. The videoconference format allows you to do the sessions from wherever you want

1- Define and specify your need (1h)

Video chat with one of our experts to go further and identify the topic to work on with the coach
Being matched with the most suitable coach for the issue identified and specific situation
2- Coaching session 1 (1h): Observation
Here, the coach is providing the keys to take a step back from situations and be able to look at oneself in action
The following two weeks are reserved to practice and implement tools provided by the coach
3- Coaching session 2 (1h): Reflection
Open possibilities or hypotheses to be explored in order to resolve the identified issue
The following two weeks are reserved to practice and implement tools provided by the coach
4- Coaching session 3 (1h): Action
Action plan defined with the coach to make the change sustainable
Access to a content library, tools, videos and webinars on soft skills themes throughout the coaching journey and for 1 year thereafter.
